The purpose of this notice is to ensure 2024 Waterway CSA members realize they are not only supporting our farm by buying a full or partial share of our 2024 produce, but also sharing the risks the farm experiences this year.

Upon payment to join the 2024 Waterway CSA program, it is understood and agreed upon by both parties that should a total or partial crop loss occur due to any act of God or criminal activity, Waterway LLC and its owners and assets will not be held responsible for such loss. It is also agreed upon by both parties that the shareholders will not seek repayment for the loss of his/her share: nor will the shareholders consider Waterway LLC and its entities responsible for such losses. In the event of a partial loss, Waterway LLC will do everything in its power to adjust the remaining portion of the share and assist the shareholder in getting his/her reasonable expected value of the remaining crop share.

Losses and perils include, but are NOT limited to the following:

• Fire, Lightning, Water, Flood, Rain, Hail, Snow, Freeze, Frost, Drought, Wind damage, Blight, Insect or Bird Damage, Animal Damage, Vandalism, and Criminal Activity.

- All CSA Members -

• In exchange for payment you will receive seasonal shares of locally-grown produce and fruit from Waterway CSA.
• All payments to the farm are non-refundable.
• Seasonal credits expire Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 11:59pm.
• Savings are distributed to CSA members by issuing increased credits per dollar when compared to non-member customers.
• Login to your account at the roadside stand and choose the vegetables you are taking to reduce your remaining credits.
• Not all credits must be used at once.
• Credits will no longer expire weekly.
• Purchases beyond your seasonal credits do not qualify for any discount.
• Bulk items can now be purchased with CSA credits.
• We are only able to make deliveries to Plains and Trout Creek at the weekly markets.

- The 2024 CSA membership season -

We are no longer issuing CSA credits on a weekly basis. All credits will be applied to CSA accounts beginning June 1st and will expire November 2nd. Credits can be spent however the CSA member sees fit.

The purpose of this notice is to ensure Waterway LLC bulk produce customers understand what to expect from our business and what we expect from them.

ORDERING BULK PRODUCE
• There must be a pre-order completed using the online storefront at https://waterway.localline.ca/bulkpreorder
• Preorder must be completed prior to the order-closing date and time.
• We will not accept orders from any other locations.
• Payment is not required at time of preorder.
• Each time a bulk preorder is completed, the next planned preorder will be posted at https://waterway.localline.ca/bulkpreorder

RETRIEVING BULK ORDER
• Once your order is ready to go, we will notify you electronically.
• You will have four (4) days to retrieve your order unless other arrangements are made.
• All bulk orders are to be picked up from the bulk produce building at 12 Fruitland Lane, Thompson Falls.
• Produce will be free of rot, but may vary in ripeness.
• By paying for the produce, you are stating you have inspected it and accept its quality as is.
• Once produce has left the farm, no returns will be accepted.

GENERAL INFORMATION
• There is no membership required to purchase bulk produce.
• Bulk produce may be purchased with CSA membership credits.
• Bulk orders will be filled using locally grown produce and Yakima Valley produce.
• Payment is expected when produce is collected.
• Bulk purchases can be made using cash, check, or credit card.
